Eric graduated from The University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Science in 2013 and a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours in Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering in 2016. Before beginning his engineering career, he developed a strong interest in electronics as a hobbyist.
He subsequently spent five years working as a engineer in the manufacturing industry, carrying out electronics repairs across a diverse range of industries, including automotive, packaging, printing, food and beverage, water, gas, mining, steel, agriculture and sugar. Eric holds a Queensland Restricted Electrical Licence (three-phase, up to 1000 V).
He later returned to The University of Queensland to complete a PhD in Biomedical Engineering in 2025 and has lectured and coordinated university-level electronics and computer systems courses. This combination of practical expertise, technical depth and attention to detail allows him to approach every design and repair with a thorough understanding of how electronic systems work.
Eric is committed to providing reliable, safe and professional designs and repairs backed by genuine engineering expertise.
